As you may have noticed we have no shopping carts on our website. We have chosen to directly serve our customers just as though you had walked into our store. We do this to help ensure that you get just what you are looking for. We urge you to phone, fax or email us. We are here to help. |

We direct ship your order from the manufacturer. Most will ship standard shipping orders in 2 - 4 business days. Orders requiring expedited shipment will ship same or next day, depending upon time the order is received. Each has their own minimum order and drop ship requirements. We will try to keep the ordering process simple and shipping charges to a minimum. Outlined below are the various shipping locations and policies of our suppliers. |
EXPEDITED SHIPMENT POLICY |
If expedited shipping service, such as UPS next day air is required, those charges will be billed to you. None of our suppliers can do any better than provide an Estimated shipping cost due to a number of variables. Because the Estimate, when given, can vary greatly from the actual shipping cost, we must charge the actual shipping cost on such orders. |

IF A RETURN IS NECESSARY
If a Return is necessary, A Return Goods Authorization (RGA, RA, RMA) from the Manufacturer is required to ensure proper credit. Do not return Merchandise without proper authorization. If merchandise is received damaged, it will be replaced. Damaged goods still may require a return. If a return is due to manufacturer error, a call tag will be issued in most cases. If a return is due to any other reason, a manufacturers restocking charge may apply, as well as return shipping costs. |
